Shipping Policy

We want your chocolates to arrive fresh and in beautiful condition. Because chocolate is delicate and temperature-sensitive, Vivian Ivy Chocolatiers selects an appropriate shipping method for each destination—typically overnight or two-day delivery.

Shipping rates

- Orders up to $69.99: $12 shipping
- Orders from $70 to $149.99: $7 shipping
- Orders of $150 or more: Free shipping

Local delivery charges are based on the distance from our Novi, Michigan shop and will be shown during checkout when available.

Shipping schedule

We ship orders Monday through Thursday to help prevent packages from sitting in transit over a weekend. Our shipping cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Orders placed after the cutoff may ship on the next available shipping day. Shipping may also be delayed during extreme heat, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other conditions that could affect product quality.

Temperature protection

When temperatures require it, orders may be packed with ice packs or other protective materials. We may adjust the shipping date or method to help your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition.

Delivery

We currently ship only within the continental United States.

Please provide a secure delivery address and arrange for someone to receive the package whenever possible. Vivian Ivy Chocolatiers is not responsible for deterioration, melting, theft, or other damage that occurs after a carrier has delivered a package and left it unattended.

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the package and its contents and contact us promptly at info@vivianivychocolatiers.com or (833) 424-4321.

Local pickup

Pickup orders should be collected by the end of the selected pickup day unless other arrangements have been made with us.

Orders placed after business hours Monday through Friday will generally be prepared on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will generally be prepared on the following business day.

Because we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, cancellation or restocking is not guaranteed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Large and custom orders

Orders over $500 and other large or custom orders may require special handling because chocolate is perishable and fragile. Please contact us at info@vivianivychocolatiers.com so we can help arrange the best delivery or pickup option.
