Returns and exchanges
Because chocolate and other food products are perishable, they cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after an order has left our store. All custom and special orders are final sale.

Cancellations
We begin packing orders as soon as they are placed. Cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of placing your order, and approval is not guaranteed. If a cancellation is approved, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
