Myzo brings pure cocoa magic from the Costa Rican jungle, made with cacao grown on a single family farm in the Matina River Valley. The beans come from rare heirloom Criollo and Trinitario varieties, genetic lines once prized by the Maya and Aztec, and are grown in agroforestry systems that let the chocolate carry the true flavor of its ecosystem. The result is clean, fruity, honest chocolate made without soy, palm oil, or artificial ingredients.
Founded by a veteran’s family after a life-changing trip to Costa Rica, Myzo is built around the spirit of Pura Vida: pure life. The cacao is sourced directly from the Gaitán family, then crafted by hand in Lutsk, Ukraine, a city with more than a century of chocolate history. Every bar supports local production, meaningful jobs, and environmental and veterans’ organizations, making Myzo chocolate not just a treat, but a way to support the people and places behind every bite.
