Ordering & Delivery Information

We want your chocolates to arrive fresh, beautiful, and ready to enjoy. Here’s what to expect when ordering from Vivian Ivy Chocolatiers.

Shipping

Because chocolate is delicate and temperature-sensitive, we’ll select the most appropriate shipping method for your destination, typically overnight or two-day delivery.

Shipping rates:

Orders under $70: $12
Orders from $70 to $149.99: $7
Orders of $150 or more: Complimentary shipping

Local same-day or next-day delivery may be available, with pricing based on the distance from our Novi location.

To protect freshness, orders ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time may be processed the following business day.

During warm weather, your package may include ice packs. We may also hold an order during extreme temperatures or severe weather rather than risk compromising the chocolates.

At this time, we ship within the continental United States only.

Receiving Your Delivery

Chocolate doesn’t enjoy waiting outside, so please arrange for someone to receive your package as soon as it arrives. Vivian Ivy Chocolatiers cannot be responsible for packages left outdoors after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at support@vivianivychocolatiers.com. We’ll be happy to help.

Store Pickup

Pickup orders are prepared with care and should be collected by the end of the selected business day unless you’ve made other arrangements with us.

Orders placed after business hours Monday through Friday will be prepared the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be prepared on the next available business day.

If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes and Cancellations

We begin preparing orders shortly after they’re placed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 30 minutes of ordering.

Although we cannot guarantee cancellations once preparation has begun, we’ll do our best to assist. Approved cancellations may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns and Exchanges

For food-safety and quality reasons, chocolates and other edible products cannot be returned or exchanged. All purchases, including custom and special orders, are final once they leave our store.

If there is a problem with your order, please reach out. We genuinely want to understand what happened and help where we can.
