Shipping
To ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, Vivian Ivy Chocolatiers will select the most suitable shipping method for your location, typically Overnight or 2-Day delivery, due to the perishable nature of our products.
Tiered Cost:
- $12 for orders up to $70.
- $7 for orders from $70 up to $150.
- Orders $150 and over ship for free.
- Same or next day local delivery is based on distance from our Novi location.
Custom Orders: Please contact us at info@vivianivychocolatiers.com for orders over $500. Large orders will require special handling due to the perishable and fragile nature of the product.
Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for orders left outside after delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.
Temperature Control: Orders may be shipped with ice packs when outside temperatures require it.
Shipping Schedule: To maintain freshness, we ship Monday through Thursday only. Cut off time is 3PM Eastern Time.
Weather Delays: Shipping may be delayed during extreme weather events to protect product quality.
Coverage Area: Orders ship only within the continental United States.

Returns
Food is non-returnable. No refunds or exchanges in any circumstance.
Cancellation
All orders are packed as soon as they are placed and cancellations have a 30 minute cutoff time. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged in the extremely rare circumstance that a cancellation is approved.
Order Pickup
Orders must be picked up by the end of the business day unless other arrangements have been made. Since we pack all orders as soon as they are placed, if the order is not picked up by the end of our (EST) business day, we may be able to restock in extremely rare circumstances that the cancellation is approved. (If the shelf life is over, it needs to be discarded). If an order is placed after hours Monday thru Friday, it will be filled the next business day. Saturday/Sunday orders will be filled the following business day allowing for a holiday.
All Sales are FINAL
No refunds or exchanges are allowed after the product leaves the store.
