Ghyslain Chocolatier is a small, family-run chocolate house known for colorful, hand-finished bonbons, truffles, and elegant gift boxes. Founded in 1998 by French-trained chef Ghyslain Maurais and his wife Susan, the brand blends European technique with a signature hand-painted style. Today, Ghyslain’s team continues that tradition with artisan chocolates, seasonal collections, macarons, sculptures, and breads—all crafted with obsessive detail, because apparently chocolate needed a fine arts degree.
