We ship Monday through Thursday with a 3 p.m. ET cutoff. Two-day shipping is $18.99 below $120, $15.99 from $120 to $174.99, and complimentary at $175+. Overnight shipping is $35.99. Extreme heat or weather may delay shipment.

Chocolate is perishable and cannot be returned. Refunds or exchanges are not offered after an order leaves our store. Cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes; approval is not guaranteed and approved cancellations carry a 25% restocking fee.
